I was just using it a few minutes ago. It reads great vertical or horizontal. I have a Zodiac and I never called their tech support. I just used www.tapland.com and www.zodiacgamer.com, which were great sites. It is a very fun and useful device. Most devices I get are either fun or useful. I will hang on to it for a while.
